The staff was so warm and welcoming and such a clean environment

Loved the country decor, comfy bed, many channels tv and friendly staff. The cost was just right, and would stay there again.

The breakfast area is far too small. This is our 2nd time to visit this inn and it appears to be a favored inn for tour bus guests. So, at any given time in the mornings, the breakfast area is very crowded and congested. Can hardly move without bumping into people who are trying to carry their food and drink.

The warm atmosphere and the excellent service of the team in the hotel, isolated lovely place on just near the main road. a very good breakfeast to start the day. the free hot cold drinks in the loby.

What a fabulous hotel! Clean, friendly wonderfully appointed. the beds were comfortable. the rooms were clean and quiet. Amazingly equipt, college dorm size fridge plenty of comfy pillows, great breakfast, awesome pool.

Could use some room darkening drapes. But that would be the ONLY thing missing from this great hotel

Clean, neat and spacious rooms! Great for families! Staff was very kind and courteous.

I was traveling with family with small children. Called and requested that the two rooms I reserved be joined and was told "No problem at all". When we arrived at hotel rooms were side by side but no joined. Caused issues in dealing with small children!!

I liked the complimentary breakfast as well as the indoor pool and whirlpool. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I liked the decor and quietness of the inn.

We couldn't find a channel to buy any movies off of to watch but otherwise everything was great.

we liked the furnishing, room, interior... if we need to go back to Lancaster we'll stay there again. interesting outlet mall very closed by.

The price was a very good value for a shopping/theater weekend.

It just felt so down to earth and I enjoyed reading in the lobby as I drank my coffee in the evening when returning from our trips to Hershey,the Echo Indian Caverns and other excursions. The grandboys enjoyed the pool and loved the morning trips to get yogart and cereal.

The roll in cot. The mattress was not comfortable for the boys to sleep on. It was a good thing they each spent just one night on it.

It was our first time staying there and we loved it. The room was great and very accomodating. We liked the setting, especially staying more to the rear of the Inn. The location was perfect for us also. We would definitely come back!

Can't think of anything we didn't like.
